We liked to use a paint called resilience because it has moisture guard in it, but they discontinued it. So we changed to Emerald Exterior Paint for all our trim now.

We figured we would upgrade the paint for our customers since we haven’t been able to find a quality paint better than Resilience than Emerald for the trim.

No, all the materials are always included in every painting quote we do. If by chance, you have already purchased the paint, we suggest that you return it because we get a much better price in order to bring the savings to you for the complete job.

No for Decks, this is an ad-on because in our experience it is an item always being worked on by the customer in some sort of way, and plus it’s really not a part of the house, it’s considered an attachment.

Although, at a request we can definitely give a separate FREE quote or with your house quote.

Yes for Most Sheds, we know that customers like to have their shed match their house so we usually include this with the house painting at no charge unless the shed is too big then an ad on price is given, it’s usually not much depending on the condition.

Here at The Paint Anchorage Team – Warranty, we stand behind our work by offering labor and material warranties for one year on all interior painting work done.

If any paint we apply fails to adhere properly, we will provide the necessary labor and materials to fix the issue at no cost to you.

Additionally, interiors are covered under a one-year warranty from the date of completion. For surfaces like garage floors there is no warranty, nor for any doors painted.

We usually work with our customers on on a regular basis ensuring long-lasting quality and customer satisfaction.

We provide free quotes as part of our commitment to exceptional customer service. We believe in making the process as convenient as possible, which is why we never charge a fee for estimates on houses.
