What is your Schedule Like for Exterior Painting in the Summer?
Exterior Painting –> Well our painting schedule does fill up quite quickly in the summer, but its always a good time to get a quote from us in the summer because we can see your house better and our schedule fluctuates because of the weather conditions and man power.
Interior Painting –> We do most of our Interior Painting in the winter months since we get overwhelmed with Exterior Painting in the summer, so we can always schedule this if you choose us after your free quote. We try our best to work with everyone.
What is a ball park price for Exterior Painting on a 1800 sq. ft. house?
Exterior Painting –> This is very difficult to say since every house exterior has so many different variances of problems. Maybe you just want to change the color or maybe there is an extensive amount of work to be done. The best way to figure this out is just to get a FREE quote.
Ball Park Idea Price Range for an Average 2 Story House Only Painting Could be $7000 – $15,000 Depending on Different Kind of Conditions.
What Kind of Exterior Painting Products do you Use?
We only use Sherwin Williams Best Exterior Paints. Never do we use contractor grade paints on a residential property.
We believe in using products that will last for many years to come. Although we will also use the products that the customer prefers.

Paints we use and Recommend: SuperPaint, Duration, Emerald, Emerald (Door & Trim)
What Paint do You Use For Exterior Trim Painting?
We liked to use a paint called resilience because it has moisture guard in it, but they discontinued it. So we changed to Emerald Exterior Paint for all our trim now.
We figured we would upgrade the paint for our customers since we haven’t been able to find a quality paint better than Resilience than Emerald for the trim.
Do I Need to Supply the Exterior Paint and Materials?
No, all the materials are always included in every painting quote we do. If by chance, you have already purchased the paint, we suggest that you return it because we get a much better price in order to bring the savings to you for the complete job.
Do You Include the Decks and Sheds in Your Quote?
No for Decks –> This is an ad-on because in our experience it is an item always being worked on by the customer in some sort of way, and plus it’s really not a part of the house, it’s considered an attachment.
Although, at a request we can definitely give a separate FREE quote or with your house quote.
Yes for Most Sheds –> We know that customers like to have their shed match their house so we usually include this with the house painting at no charge unless the shed is too big then an ad on price is given.
